We are empty-nesters who have sold it all and hit the road as full time RV'ers. Prior to beginning this journey, we had to sell almost 90% of our belongings. Our home, two vehicles, all furnishings and many other items just to down size enough to fit into our 300 square foot fifth wheeler. We simply did not want the expense of paying for storage while we were gypsy-ing down the highway.
In an effort to become "minimalists", we had to look at listing our possessions in the best format possible. As I ventured onto Craigslist to preview other similar items being marketed, I was quite surprised as to the minimal effort behind most ads. I adamantly believe most buyers first "buy" your ad, then they "buy" you, when they meet to discuss your item.
It became apparent to me, there are 4 basic elements to selling a higher priced item: 1) Describe it an easy to understand, concise manner 2) Price it well 3) Take pictures 4) Create a web-link to show your uniqueness and pride in the merchandise you are marketing.
So, this idea was born. We are on the road. We have time. We are here to help make your item sell! All for a small fee.
